Amazing stay. Was so good
beautiful hotel convenient service venetian glass
I found the architecture excellent. It really is a beautiful hotel. the complimentary shuttle service to san marco was so convenient. my room was beautiful and vintage. It included venetian glass adornments everywhere. the breakfast had plentiful options. The hot food was delicious!!!
The hotel seemed a bit outdated. It needs revamping.

the pool was heated and very large with towels provided. a lifeguard was on duty at the pool. there is also a spacious private beach with cabines available for hotel guests.

the staff was helpful and friendly from check-in to check-out. the restaurant staff was cute and friendly, especially sara and donatello. the concierge michele' was very helpful, giving us directions.

century-old atmosphere renovated room complimentary boat excessive wait disorganized service elevator problem
the building possesses a century-old atmosphere, a very unique feeling. the rooms were beautifully renovated. the complimentary boat to san marco was a bonus (i did not expect it).
i found the elevator wait times excessive. two elevators serve over one hundred rooms. the disorganized breakfast service was a problem.

frequent boat service relaxing blue bar comfortable bed
i appreciated the complimentary boat service to san marco it ran frequently the blue bar was a relaxing place in the evening i especially liked the sea view from my room it was spacious and classically furnished with modern touches. the bed was super comfortable
